Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead a team of Sales Executives and support staff across the region / state.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating environment to boost team morale and productivity.Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:
• Devise comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate various market segments within Gujarat.
• Implement targeted sales campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
• Adapt strategies to meet changing market dynamics and customer preferences.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Regularly analyze team performance against set targets.
• Provide detailed sales reports to upper management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps.Client Relationship Management:
